MIT biologist says fear mongering on coronavirus will go down as biggest fraud to manipulate economies
On March 11, the World Health Organization (WHO) declared COVID-19 a global epidemic. The virus, which originated from Whuan China, has claimed over 15,000 lives with at least 400,000 infected cases reported worldwide. However, some think the panic over the coronavirus is overblown and could potentially do more damage to citizens and overburden our already fragile healthcare systems.
In the meantime, while everyone is busy talking about coronavirus, there is a new virus outbreak coming out of China. The virus is called hantavirus. A man in China reportedly died from hantavirus. Over 1,000 cases have now reported. Unlike coronavirus and seasonal flu with death rates of under 1 percent, the fatality rate for hantavirus is 36 percent. The good news about coronavirus is, there are now at least 30 existing and experimental drugs that show promising results in treating COVID-19 patients. These drugs are being used in hospitals in the United States. For example, Dr. Vladimir Zelenko, a board-certified family practioner in New York, treated 350 coronavirus patients with 100% success using Hydroxychloroquine Sulfate.
Given many virus outbreaks coming out of China, it is critical for the U.S government to not only have a short term plan but also have long term strategy in place to deal with new outbreaks. Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai, an MIT scientist with 4 PHD degrees and a researcher on the human immune system, is one the most respected experts who think the media and the “Deep State” are doing the world a disservice by exaggerating the impact of the virus. He said it’s time to stop scaring people and start talking about immune health.
Dr. Shiva is not alone. Professor Jihad Bishara, a leading Israeli virologist and infectious disease expert, slams the ‘unnecessary and exaggerated panic’ about coronavirus and urges world leaders to calm public. Professor Jihad Bishara is the director of the infectious diseases unit at Rabin Medical Center, Beilinson Hospital in Petah Tikva, Israel. In a statement on Sunday, he urged world leaders to calm their citizens about the coronavirus pandemic. He said people are being whipped into unnecessary panic.
The fear mongering and panic got so bad that even Tesla and SpaceX founder and CEO Elon Musk weighed in on Twitter. Musk said, “That said, danger of panic still far exceeds danger of corona imo. If we over-allocate medical resources to corona, it will come at expense of treating other illnesses…”
The response from mainstream media was different during the H1N1 virus of 2019. In October 2009, the swine flu (caused by H1N1 virus) had killed 1,000 people in the United States, including almost 100 children, before President Obama declared national emergency for the virus 6 months after he told the nation there was no cause for alarm. At the time, the media hysteria was not as high as it is today. Earlier today, we also published a story using data from CDC and WHO, that tells a different story from what the media has been saying.
In the video below, Dr. Shiva explains in detail about how coronavirus works and why it is time to talk about Immune Health as the world grapples with Corona Virus.
Update: Since this article went viral, Dr. Shiva has come out with a follow-up video that goes into a great detail to explain the real truth about coronavirus and why we need to focus more on immune health
Also, in a response to a tweet from U.S. President Donald Trump, Dr. Shiva said: “As an MIT PhD in Biological Engineering who studies & does research nearly every day on the Immune System, the #coronavirus fear mongering by the Deep State will go down in history as one of the biggest fraud to manipulate economies, suppress dissent, & push MANDATED Medicine!”

As expected, his tweet sparks controversy with some saying COVID-19 has higher fatality rate than the seasonal flu and also pointing out to the daily increase in number of infection cases. Others agreed.
Dr. Shiva graduated from MIT in 1986 with a degree in electrical engineering and computer science. After selling his company he went to the MIT Media Lab and got a master’s degree in animation, focusing on how to present scientific data visually. He also holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from MIT. In 2004, Ayyadurai returned to MIT to work on a Ph.D. in systems biology, a relatively new field that integrates biology, engineering and computer science.
