Wool Cross X: The All-terrain, Temperature Regulating Shoe for the Outdoor Adventurer is Here

If you’re an outdoor adventurer, you may have trouble finding the right pair of shoes since many activities require something different such as hiking versus running. New on Kickstarter is the Wool Cross X – the first ever all-terrain multi-sport shoes made with 100% merino wool.

No matter the usage, the Wool Cross X shoes have you covered thanks to their micro-grip sole technology and maximum cushioning made for hiking, trekking, mountaineering or even trail running. Weather or terrain conditions will not hold you back. These shoes can handle anything from snow, rocks, and wood to mud, sand or even water.

Previously, the company behind Wool Cross X released their Merino Runner shoes. While Wool Cross X expands on the Merino Runners in terms of their usage, they share one brilliant feature: temperature regulation and odor-free abilities. Merino Wool keeps you warm in the winter and cool in the summer. And, since it’s antibacterial, you’ll never have to worry about having smelly feet — even if you go sockless.

Giesswein was founded over 60 years ago as a family business and is currently run by the third generation, Markus and Johannes Giesswein. The team has been experimenting with Wool sneakers since 2007, but finally brought their new innovations to life two years ago when the trend hit the market.
