ChapterX, CODA Ventures, and 12 Others Partake in Season 4 of The Binance Labs Incubation Program
Getting the chance to partake in the Binance Labs Incubation Program is a significant milestone for any crypto or blockchain project. Spots are limited every Season, and this time, only 14 projects can partake. It is a big step forward for projects like ChapterX, Grindery, OpenLeverage, etc.
The New Binance Labs Incubation Program Class
Ever since the applications for the fourth Season of the Binance Labs Incubation Program were launched, projects have been applying in droves. The total tally of applications surpassed 500 for this round, confirming this incubation program’s appeal in the broader crypto and blockchain industry. Unfortunately, many projects had to be turned down, as there are only 14 spots available. Nevertheless, every project partaking in this Season gains tremendous momentum as it elevates its appeal across the industry.
The Season 4 class of the Binance Labs Incubation program features prominent projects shaping the future of key industry verticals. The focus shifts to infrastructure, decentralized finance, gaming and metaverse, SocialFi, etc. There is a good selection of various projects spanning these industry verticals to improve the mainstream appeal of crypto and blockchain.
Notable projects include ChapterX – an immersive 3D platform enabling chat and voice communication in the Metaverse, CODA Ventures – a new yield generating protocol on BNB Chain through passive access to best-in-class sustainable yield generating strategies, and Playbux – a blockchain-based exchange integrating real-life cashback points with metaverse activities.
All 14 participants in the Fourth Season of the Binance Labs Incubation Program will receive support, guidance, mentorship, and a chance to pitch to investors on the Demo Day. The Season will run for several weeks and offer support to participating projects wherever necessary. Previous Seasons have incubated key projects, including Polygon, Cere Network, Dune Analytics, etc.
Why A Broader Approach To Incubation Matters
The multi-pronged approach by the Binance Labs Incubation Program sends a strong industry signal. While there is still a need for better infrastructure, innovative projects can bring many new opportunities to the table regardless. A venture like ChapterX elevates the social aspect of metaverse experiences by enabling communication via voice and chat.
Reveel, a SocialFi project, is designed for Web3 creators looking to track their portfolio, automate revenue sharing, and report on-chain income. Such a toolset can bring many more people into the Web3 fold, as users have to spend less time figuring out these different aspects through various tools.
Binance Labs Investor Jasmine Kong comments:
“We believe that the Incubation Program was a great growth opportunity for both start-ups and Binance Labs. The team is constantly learning to develop the early-stage projects and upgrading the program to offer future projects with more tailored solutions.”
While Season 4 is underway, the Binance Labs team will start to collect applications for Season 5. The next season kicks off in Q4 of 2022.
