UniX Gaming partners with DAO Maker & SL2 on its new IGO Launchpad, and it’s a big deal
With a couple of all-star names backing its new launchpad effort, UniX Giaming looks well set to offer some of the hottest, most promising IGO opportunities that will ever emerge in the play-to-earn gaming space.
Final Round is one of the most eagerly anticipated crypto launchpads of any kind, be it for Initial DEX Offerings, Initial Coin Offerings or anything else, and with good reason – for it’s being built by the most popular crypto gaming guild, along with some of the brightest and most experienced crypto investors around.
Final Round’s founding partners include DAO Maker, one of the earliest crypto launchpads to enter the space. DAO Maker launched way back in 2019 – a very long time ago in the fast-moving world of blockchain development – and has become one of the most respected platforms for early-stage investors. Not only does it receive more traffic than any other launchpad, but the projects it has launched to date have raised just shy of $250 million, making it the third-biggest launchpad in the crypto industry in terms of market cap.
With such an illustrious history comes a lot of experience. DAO Maker knows what it takes to identify and incubate hot projects. It has a keen eye for what works and what doesn’t, in addition to an extensive support infrastructure in place to guide and grow the projects it backs. With the benefit of these years of expertise, Final Round will be able to avoid making many of the mistakes made by other launchpads, meaning increased chances of success for projects that raise money on its platform.
Final Round’s other key partner is SL2 Capital, one of the most prominent venture capital finance firms in the entire crypto space. SL2 knows what it takes to spot hot crypto game projects, having been one of the earliest investors in P2E games such as Bulliverse, Blockchain Monster Hunt, Wonderhero, Fight Legends, Engines of Fury, and many more besides. SL2 not only provides money for the projects it backs but also technical assistance that will be made available to projects available on the Final Round.
SL2 Capital will also help to build Final Round’s tech stack and most importantly, will be the one to write, verify and execute smart contracts on its platform.
“We are proud to be working alongside Unix Gaming and Dao Maker on the journey with Final Round,” said SL2’s CEO Iftikhar Qasim. “The platform addresses problems in the launchpad space, and we believe it will set the trend and be a benchmark when it comes to frictionless and innovative solutions. Final Round is set to become a leader in this field.”
Final Round would already be a tempting platform for investors even if we discount its own expertise in the P2E space. As the biggest crypto gaming guild of all, UniX Gaming adds what is perhaps the most important ingredient that any IGO launchpad needs to succeed – namely its enormous community of gamers, which includes its own executive team. If anyone can spot a promising new game it will be the gamers themselves, and UniX is the home of many of the most enthusiastic players around.
As Final Round prepares to launch its first-ever IDO, it has everything to identify the crypto gaming projects with the best chance of success. It has the community to ensure rapid growth, it has the combined experience of some of the top investors in the crypto space, and it has the technology to make it all work.
Most of all, each and every P2E game that lands in the Final Round will be vetted by some of the most experienced and addicted game players around. If that’s not a sure sign of success, we don’t know what is.
