Daimler and Mizmaa Ventures invest in mobility status AI startup Anagog
Israeli startup and developer of the mobility status AI engine and big data analytics solutions, Anagog, announced today it has closed the initial closing phase of its Series-B round of financing. The round was co-led by Daimler AG, the automotive OEM, and Mizmaa Ventures, a California-HK based VC, specializing in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and big data venture investments.
Founded in 2010 by Gil Levy and Yaron Aizenbud, Tel Aviv-based Anagog is the developer of JedAI – the first on-handset AI engine that converts sensors data into real-time and predicted mobility status and location information without dependency on server communication. With over 25 million users globally and billions of data points daily,through 100 mobile services in different domains, Anagog collects valuable Big Data and offers BIsense – the first web-tool for on-the-fly analytics of brick-and-mortar businesses worldwide.
