Quantofi partners with Crypto.com to launch AI-powered crypto trading analytics platform
Quantofi has partnered with Crypto.com to launch an AI-powered crypto trading analytics platform that gives investors access to institutional-grade market intelligence and lets them execute trades directly through Crypto.com Exchange. The platform covers 215 crypto instruments, offering traders a clearer picture of market momentum, potential price movements, and trading risks.
The launch, announced October 9, marks a push by Irish fintech firm Quantmatix, Quantofi’s parent company, to bring advanced trading analytics traditionally used by hedge funds and professional investors to a broader cryptocurrency audience.
At the center of the platform is Quantmatix’s proprietary Q Score engine, which tracks more than 10,000 financial instruments across 50 countries. Its research spans equities, bonds, currencies, commodities, and cryptocurrencies, drawing on data from 25 global markets.
For crypto traders, Quantofi analyzes price momentum across five timeframes: hourly, four-hour, daily, weekly, and monthly. Each trading signal includes a projected price target, a stop-loss level, and an expected value metric that measures the potential reward relative to risk.
The goal is to help traders make decisions based on measurable market signals rather than short-term price swings or social media speculation.
“Crypto rewards timing, and timing needs context,” said Liam Boggan, President of Quantofi and Founder & CEO of parent company Quantmatix. “Quantofi gives every Crypto.com user something only institutions have had until now: the whole market, on every timeframe, with a quantified target, stop, and expected value on every signal. It’s Market GPS for the crypto market.”
Bringing institutional crypto analytics directly to the trading screen
What makes the partnership interesting is the connection between market research and trade execution.
Crypto investors often rely on separate platforms to analyze price movements, identify trading opportunities, and place orders. Quantofi seeks to combine those activities through its integration with Crypto.com Exchange.
Under the arrangement, Quantofi operates as a Gold Tier partner in Crypto.com’s broker ecosystem. Traders can use its analytics to identify potential opportunities and then execute transactions through the exchange’s trading infrastructure.
The integration connects Quantofi’s market signals to Crypto.com’s liquidity and order-matching system, reducing the need to switch between research tools and trading platforms.
“Quantofi democratizes institutional-grade technical analysis for the digital asset marketplace,” said Colm Gaughran, CFA, Quantofi’s CEO. “Our groundbreaking partnership with Crypto.com enables our customers to trade with data, not emotion.”
The launch reflects a broader effort among crypto trading platforms to attract investors seeking more sophisticated tools than basic price charts and technical indicators.
For Quantofi, the opportunity lies in making quantitative research accessible to traders who lack the resources of institutional investment firms.
Its expected value calculations are particularly relevant. Rather than simply identifying whether a cryptocurrency is gaining or losing momentum, the platform attempts to quantify the potential return and downside risk of each trading opportunity.
Still, these signals’ usefulness depends on their accuracy under real market conditions. The launch announcement did not provide independently verified performance results or historical returns for the platform’s crypto trading signals. Price targets and stop-loss indicators cannot eliminate losses in volatile markets.
Quantmatix is backed by Enterprise Ireland, the Irish government agency that supports the development and international growth of Irish businesses.
The company said the partnership represents a step in extending its financial analytics technology beyond institutional clients to individual cryptocurrency traders.
Quantofi’s early-access beta ran from October 2 through October 9, followed by its global commercial launch on October 10.
With the platform now commercially launched, the real test will be whether its AI-driven signals deliver measurable value to traders and whether tighter integration between analytics and execution translates into better trading decisions.
For now, the partnership gives Quantofi access to Crypto.com’s trading ecosystem and offers the exchange another way to attract users looking for more advanced cryptocurrency market analysis.
