Real Finance Launches REAL Competition With $20,000 USDC Rewards for $ASSET Traders and Stakers
Participants can earn points by trading, staking, and holding $ASSET, unlocking multipliers and competing for up to $20,000 in USDC rewards plus additional raffle prizes.
As competition for user attention intensifies across crypto and decentralized finance, blockchain projects are searching for new ways to keep communities engaged beyond token speculation. Real Finance is taking that approach with the launch of the REAL Competition, a rewards campaign that offers up to $20,000 in USDC to participants who trade, stake, and hold its native $ASSET token.
The campaign, which goes live at 11 a.m. UTC, introduces a points-based system that tracks user activity across the $ASSET ecosystem. Participants earn points by qualifying for on-chain actions and can climb a 13-level progression structure that unlocks permanent score multipliers. Those multipliers increase the value of future activity and can significantly impact leaderboard rankings over time.
Why Real Finance Is Betting on Long-Term Participation Instead of Short-Term Trading
The initiative arrives as blockchain projects face a familiar challenge: attracting users is difficult, keeping them active is even harder. Many token incentive programs reward short-term trading activity, often creating volume spikes that disappear once rewards end. Real Finance says its competition was structured to encourage longer-term participation by rewarding a broader range of actions, including staking and holding.
Users who maintain positions in $ASSET can accumulate additional multipliers that improve their standing on the leaderboard. The company says all qualifying activity is recorded on-chain and can be tracked through the competition dashboard, where participants can monitor their scores, rankings, and unlocked rewards.
“The REAL Competition is designed to reward meaningful participation across our ecosystem,” said Ivo Georgiev, CEO of Real Finance. “Whether users are actively trading, staking for the long term, or steadily building their position in $ASSET, we want to recognize the community members helping drive the growth of the network. By combining leaderboard rewards with raffle prizes, we’re creating opportunities for a broader range of participants to benefit from the campaign.”
The prize pool extends beyond the top-ranked users. Alongside fixed rewards for leaderboard leaders, Real Finance has allocated a broader distribution pool based on final point totals. The company is adding a separate raffle prize pool worth $3,400, giving participants another path to earn rewards regardless of where they finish in the rankings.
Participants can join by connecting a supported wallet and completing eligible $ASSET transactions or staking activities. Rankings will update throughout the campaign as users accumulate points and unlock new multipliers.
The competition is part of a broader effort by Real Finance to grow adoption ahead of its planned mainnet rollout. The company is developing an EVM-compatible Layer 1 blockchain focused on real-world assets, a sector that has attracted growing interest from both traditional finance and crypto firms seeking to bring assets such as real estate, private credit, and other financial instruments on-chain.
Real Finance says its network is being built around the full lifecycle of tokenized assets, including risk visibility mechanisms, on-chain insurance infrastructure, and decentralized finance integrations. The project is backed by Wiener Privatbank and is pursuing regulatory alignment across multiple jurisdictions as it prepares for launch.
For now, the REAL Competition gives the company a way to engage its existing community while introducing new users to the $ASSET ecosystem through activity-based incentives rather than simple token ownership.
