Fisent raises $2M to advance applied GenAI process automation for enterprises

Fisent Technologies, a tech startup building GenAI tools to take the grunt work out of enterprise operations, has added more fuel to its seed round. The company’s total funding now sits at $2 million, with new backing from Luxembourg-based Cloudberry Pioneer Investments. They join earlier investors like Pega, Sand Dollar Capital, and a few notable entrepreneurs already on board.
The fresh capital will help Fisent scale its team and develop its core product, BizAI—a platform built to automate repetitive tasks typically handled by humans. The pitch: Reduce the manual drag on operations teams by letting GenAI handle data-heavy, process-driven work.
Founded in 2021 by CEO Adrian Murray, Fisent is aiming to slot itself into a clear gap in the enterprise tech stack: automating decisions and actions that still require human interpretation. By bridging modern LLMs with existing business tools, it’s trying to cut down the friction that slows down everyday processes, without needing companies to rip out what they already use.
“This new endorsement by Cloudberry and recommitment from Pega is a tremendous validation of our solution and the market enthusiasm for Applied GenAI Process Automation,” Murray said. “This follow-on investment will be instrumental in strengthening our technology and enabling us to effectively address the demand we are witnessing across multiple industries and use cases.”
BizAI connects with existing enterprise systems and uses both proprietary and open-source language models to take over repetitive back-office tasks—things like contract reviews, onboarding flows, customer requests, and purchase order handling. According to the company, implementation takes just a few weeks, and the payoff is better efficiency, lower costs, and fewer errors in day-to-day operations.
“Fisent’s application of GenAI for process automation is quickly unlocking new levels of speed, accuracy, and intelligence in enterprise workflows. By making it easy to harness GenAI for basic process automation, Fisent is not just redressing basic breakpoints in crucial business processes; it is extending automation pathways from existing enterprise systems. We’re proud to back a team that’s building the future of intelligent operations,” said Mahir Sahin, Founding Partner at Cloudberry Pioneer Investments.
Pega, which participated in Fisent’s earlier round, doubled down on its investment.
“Fisent BizAI takes a unique approach to harnessing GenAI to streamline human-dependent tasks for enterprises, and their customers’ successes made following up on our initial investment an easy decision,” said Jason Masciarelli, VP, Launchpad GTM & Pega Ventures. “Pega’s participation in this additional round underscores our strong belief in Fisent’s mission within the rapidly evolving process automation market and the significant impact this company will have.”
The bet here is that process automation isn’t just for giant firms with sprawling IT budgets. If Fisent’s approach works at scale, even mid-sized teams could hand off the repetitive stuff to GenAI and focus on work that actually moves the needle.
