Authorities are investigating the explosion as a possible act of terrorism, especially given reports of a related incident in New Orleans earlier the same day. The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department is working to determine whether there’s a connection between the two events. Below is a video of the incident.

Some users on X also noted that the flames appear confined to the interior, indicating it’s unlikely to be a battery fire.
Meanwhile, the Trump Organization thanked first responders for their rapid efforts and reiterated their commitment to the safety of their guests and staff.
