Elon Musk says he’s tested positive and negative for COVID-19; experiencing cold-like symptoms
Does Elon Musk have coronavirus? This is the question forty million Musk fans are asking. In a tweet on Thursday night, Musk told his fans that he has received mixed results after being tested for COVID-19. The billionaire and Tesla CEO also said early Friday that he’s experiencing cold-like symptoms.
Musk says his coronavirus tests are inconclusive after he was tested four times using a rapid antigen test: two tests came back positive and two came back negative. He’s also awaiting the results from two PCR tests but the results won’t be known for 24 hours.
Musk, a coronavirus skeptic, also questions the validity of the testing with just a hint of conspiracy. Back in September, Musk doubles down on Covid-19 skepticism and says he won’t take the COVID-19 vaccine when it becomes available.
In a tweet, Musk said: “Something extremely bogus is going on. Was tested for covid four times today. Two tests came back negative, two came back positive. Same machine, same test, same nurse. Rapid antigen test from BD.”
