TravelPerk named leading Travel Management Software in G2 Crowd’s 2019 Winter Grid Report
TravelPerk, a travel booking and management startup based in Barcelona, and Europe’s fastest growing Software as a Service company, has been named market leader in the ‘Travel Management Software’ category in G2 Crowd’s Winter Grid Report. This report is put together by G2 Crowd, the review community for business solutions, and is based on customer satisfaction comparisons of leaders in the market. TravelPerk’s success with customers has come from a key company strategy of using customer feedback, collected via a number of channels both online and face-to-face, to shape their product by putting customers’ needs first.
TravelPerk received a 94% ‘ease of use’ score, a 95% ‘ease of doing business with’ score, and a 95% ‘ease of setup’ score in the breakdown of customer ‘Satisfaction Ratings’. TravelPerk received the highest customer satisfaction scores of any company with 99% of customers giving a rating of 4 or 5 stars, and 93% of customers saying they would recommend TravelPerk to others.
TravelPerk will continue to work towards customer needs over 2019 in focusing on improving the user experience, building on their mobile app, adding even more inventory and further growing and developing its customer support.
Founded in 2015, TravelPerk has scaled rapidly in the last year to triple its team which now stands at over 200 employees. 2018 also saw TravelPerk raise $65 million in 2 funding rounds, bringing the total raised to nearly $75m. While TravelPerk has continued to evolve, the customer first culture has remained the same. Customer satisfaction surveys, sales feedback loops and customer visits are used as core sources for feedback.
