Meet Coral UV 2, the revolutionary all-purpose UV sanitizer with dual protection for your everyday essentials
Homes, offices, restaurants, grocery stores, and gyms, have one thing in common: germs. They travel from one thing to another in a heartbeat, just by opening doors, hanging onto the bus railing, working out at the gym, paying for coffee, and inevitably touching your belongings in between trips. Life gets busy and keeping your things clean 24/7 can be a pain.
Enter Coral UV 2, an LED sanitizer and dryer and the world’s first UV multitask device that sanitizes, filtrates, and smart-dries, all-in-one. I received Coral UV 2 about three weeks ago and I have to say just one thing: the pictures do not do this product justice. Coral UV 2 is way better than it looks in the pictures. The first thing I did after receiving Coral UV 2 was to test it with my sons’ baby blankets, and their favorite stuffed animals and masks.
I was apprehensive at first but it turned out better than I expected. It’s also better than putting the stuffed animals in the washing machine. After 40 minutes, the stuffed animal came out smelling fresh. Unlike other sanitizers out there, Coral UV uses no Water, no chemicals, no mess, no waste. All you have to do is simply put the item inside and let it do its job.
Coral UV, the leader in at-home UV-C sanitation solutions, is proud to launch the Coral UV LED Sanitizer and Dryer. Representing the next generation of the brand’s original 3-in-1 UV-C sanitizer, the Coral UV LED Sanitizer and Dryer builds upon best-in-class safety features to eliminate 99.9% of bacteria and viruses on the surface of any appropriately sized item.
Coral UV 2 recently won the prestigious Red Dot Design Award — an internationally recognized award that honors the very best in product design. Coral UV 2 is currently available on the Kickstarter page. You can get one at an early bird special of $119 $169. Kickstarter special, $129 $169
For the next generation of Coral UV’s Sanitizer and Dryer, designers went back to the drawing board to provide customers with an expanded user experience, modern aesthetic, and increased safety features. For instance, mercury bulbs have been replaced within the sanitizing chamber with six, energy-efficient LED lights. This eliminates the possibility of users becoming accidentally exposed to mercury and helps keep mercury out of the environment.
“Coral UV 2 represents how we provide for consumer requests without sacrificing quality,” mentioned Titus Tse, Co-founder of Coral UV. Tse continues, “Our change to LED ensures this product is completely mercury-free and odor-free, two of the core requests our customers have made in the past.” In addition, Coral UV has kept its commitment to rigorous, third-party verification. The Coral UV LED Sanitizer and Dryer has been proven to eliminate 99.9% of bacteria and viruses on the surfaces of household products.
Coral UV 2 captures 99% of airborne contaminants such as dirt, dust, and vapor, ensuring that only clean air enters the sanitizer. Most UV sanitizers on the market lack an optimal filtration system, exposing your belongings to harmful air pollutants and allergens.
In acknowledgment of its enhanced design, the Coral UV LED Sanitizer and Dryer was recently bestowed a 2021 Red Dot Award in Design–an internationally recognized award that honors the very best in product design. “We are humbled and excited to win such a prestigious award. This makes us proud that our core values of quality without compromise are being recognized,” commented Tse.
The Coral UV LED Sanitizer and Dryer will be available for presale on Kickstarter on April 7th, 2021 (all information under embargo until April 7th). Following the launch on Kickstarter, the unit will be available for purchase online at CoralUV.com and Amazon in June.
Founded in 2017, Coral UV believes that intelligent design is the key to bringing UV-C sanitation solutions out of hospitals and into homes. Having been profoundly affected by the outbreak of SARS, H1N1 and now COVID-19, the founders of the Coral UV team have dedicated themselves to increasing access to UV sanitizers for healthy living spaces. In 2018, Coral UV successfully launched its first product, the 3-in-1 Sanitizer, on the popular crowdfunding site Kickstarter. Since then, the 3-in-1 Sanitizer has become a staple appliance in homes around the world.
