The Series B was led by Sienna Ventures, with participation from Bright Pixel, StageOne Ventures, Cardumen Capital, Signals VC, and Zoom Communications. The New York–area startup’s software creates AI “personas” to simulate realistic sales conversations for training new reps. For example, managers input a product scenario, and Second Nature generates simulated buyers to help trainees practice.
Second Nature says its platform has helped customers close 46% more deals, and the new capital (bringing total funding to $37M) will support scaling its platform and go-to-market as it expands beyond sales into HR recruiting and customer service training.
