Viven emerges from stealth with $35M in funding to bring AI-powered digital twins to the enterprise

AI startup Viven has emerged from stealth with $35 million in seed funding from Khosla Ventures, Foundation Capital, FPV Ventures, Operator Collective, and a group of top angel investors to bring AI-powered Digital Twins to the enterprise.
The founders of Eightfold, the $2 billion talent intelligence company, are back with their newest venture, Viven, which today emerged from stealth with $35 million in seed funding from Khosla Ventures, Foundation Capital, FPV Ventures, Operator Collective, and several top angel investors. Their goal is to bring AI-powered Digital Twins to the enterprise — intelligent counterparts that capture an employee’s knowledge, decisions, and context so teams can move faster, work across silos, and preserve institutional memory long after people change roles.
Every CEO knows the problem. Knowledge leaves when people do. Projects stall when teams can’t find answers fast enough. Context fades, decisions slow, and companies lose momentum. That’s the gap Viven wants to close — by building a digital version of every employee that can think, communicate, and collaborate like they do.
Behind Viven are co-founders Ashutosh Garg and Varun Kacholia, entrepreneurs who have already built two unicorns and helped shape the future of enterprise AI through Eightfold.
With $35M in Funding, AI Startup Viven Launches to Create AI Twins for the Enterprise
Viven isn’t building another AI assistant or chat interface. It’s creating a digital version of you — trained on your real work across documents, meetings, and emails — to recall context, summarize discussions, and answer questions even when you’re unavailable. The company already has enterprise customers and tens of thousands of employees using its technology.
Viven’s Digital Twins: A New Operating Model for AI-Driven Enterprises
Across industries, executives are grappling with the same challenge: AI is no longer a buzzword but a competitive reckoning. Some companies are moving fast, embedding intelligence into every process, while others risk falling behind, trapped by silos and lost knowledge.
Viven’s Digital Twins aim to change that. Each twin learns how an employee works — their tone, logic, and decision patterns — and can brief them before meetings, summarize conversations, and keep projects running smoothly. Teams can even create collective twins that represent entire departments or global accounts. A CEO, for instance, could query a “team twin” for an instant update spanning sales, engineering, and support before a major client meeting.
“Viven offers a new way to run the enterprise where knowledge doesn’t vanish, collaboration is instant, and leaders operate with clarity at every level,” said Ashutosh Garg, co-founder and CEO of Viven. “Digital Twins give executives immediate access to the thinking, context, and decisions of their entire organization so they can move faster, see across silos, and stay ahead of the curve.”
Viven’s technology is already being used by companies including Genpact, The Josh Bersin Company, Red Crackle, and Eightfold. Within just eight weeks, Genpact — known for its agentic and advanced technology solutions — deployed Viven’s Digital Twins across its global leadership team. The result was faster internal collaboration and uninterrupted decision-making.
“Speed and agility are fundamental elements of our culture, making us natural partners for innovations like Viven’s Digital Twins,” said Balkrishan “BK” Kalra, President and CEO of Genpact. “They give our leadership team the organizational velocity to collaborate with clarity, speed, and confidence.”
Security and Compliance at the Core
Viven is built for enterprise-grade security from day one. Deployments can run in a company’s own cloud or on-premises environment, with pairwise privacy, granular role-based access controls, and full audit trails. Each twin shares information only within approved boundaries, ensuring data trust and compliance are built into its architecture rather than added later.
“Time is the scarcest resource in any company,” said Vinod Khosla, founder of Khosla Ventures. “By creating a digital twin for every employee, Viven gives organizations the ability to move faster, accelerate decision-making, and preserve institutional knowledge. Ashutosh and team have the expertise and track record to build out this bold vision.”
Viven’s mission extends beyond the enterprise. By blending personalized language models, agentic workflows, and a privacy-first design, the company aims to preserve human knowledge and scale decision-making across organizations — and eventually, into everyday life.
