Dashmote raises $6M Series A1 co-led by Blossom Street Ventures and Rabobank to expand U.S. presence

Field sales is one of the biggest revenue drivers for global companies, yet it has often been overlooked by advances in automation. Amsterdam-based Dashmote wants to change that. The startup has secured a $6 million Series A1 round co-led by Blossom Street Ventures and Rabobank to speed up development of its new generative AI agent for sales reps in the field and expand its presence in the U.S.
The new product, DashSalesAI, is a mobile-first assistant that works inside WhatsApp and Dashmote’s location analytics platform. Instead of forcing reps to juggle CRM dashboards and spreadsheets, the agent handles lead generation, outreach, and account management in real time. Think Salesforce intelligence paired with GPS-level precision—giving sales teams insights and execution on the go.
Founded in 2015 by Dennis Tan, Matthaeus Schreder, and Stefan Tan, Dashmote has already built a reputation for transforming raw, unstructured data into actionable sales and marketing intelligence. Its platform taps into millions of venue profiles across food delivery, e-commerce, social media, and mapping services. Now the company is moving beyond insights into automation, positioning DashSalesAI as a virtual colleague who can surface nearby leads, prepare daily briefings, draft messages, and log visits automatically.
$6M Series A1 Fuels US Expansion for Dashmote’s Generative AI Agent for Field Sales
“Field sales has been underserved by advances in automation, despite representing one of the largest and most critical revenue engines for global companies,” said Sammy Abdullah, Managing Partner at Blossom Street Ventures. “Dashmote is pioneering a new category by arming reps in the field with real-time intelligence and autonomous support, fundamentally changing how deals are sourced and closed. With its proven traction and unique data advantage, we see Dashmote as a company positioned to reshape field sales at scale.”
Dashmote’s client list already includes Coca-Cola, Nestlé, and AB InBev, which are using the platform to support reps in the field. Early feedback suggests that DashSalesAI is functioning less like a chatbot and more like a junior sales assistant that never takes a break. By integrating into daily workflows, it helps reps prospect smarter and keep relationships moving without losing time on admin.
CEO Dennis Tan says the agent was built with field realities in mind: “We designed it to understand the rhythm of a rep’s day in the field, from planning morning routes to capturing insights after the last meeting. By leveraging LLMs to take on time-consuming tasks such as drafting outreach, researching venues, and logging visits, DashSalesAI allows reps to focus on what matters most: strengthening customer relationships and accelerating revenue.”
While consumer packaged goods remain Dashmote’s foundation, the company sees opportunities far beyond. Medical device reps, pharmaceutical sales teams, real estate agents, and even digital storefront managers are beginning to test the platform. The common thread is mobility—any industry where success depends on face-to-face engagement or quick on-the-ground decision-making.
With this new round, Dashmote’s total funding climbs to $14 million. The company operates in more than 50 countries with offices in Amsterdam, New York, and Shanghai. Its backers include investors across the U.S. and Asia, and it was previously recognized by McKinsey and Google as the Best B2B Startup in their Digital Top 50 awards.
Dashmote bets that sales reps don’t just need more data—they need a teammate that works alongside them in real time. With $6 million in fresh capital and an eye on the U.S. market, the company is now racing to make that vision mainstream.
