Wegrow raises €7M in funding to tackle €27 billion in losses caused by business inefficiencies
Wegrow, a Paris and Barcelona-based tech startup, has secured €7 million ($7.8 million) in Series A funding to enhance how organizations share and scale business practices. The round was led by Nauta, with contributions from Wille Finance, Shapr Ventures, Scalefund, VU Venture Partners, and she1K.
The new capital will fuel Wegrow’s expansion beyond its current focus on marketing and sales, offering AI-driven solutions tailored for finance, supply chain, R&D, and human resources teams.
Founded by CEO Arnaud Sliwa, Wegrow’s platform integrates AI with a user-friendly design to streamline the sharing of best practices across departments. Global companies such as Mondelez, Bayer, HP, Kraft Heinz, and Nestlé use Wegrow to drive efficiency and performance.
Wegrow addresses a common and costly issue in large organizations: wasted time and resources due to duplicative efforts. Harvard Business Review estimates Fortune 500 companies lose around $31 billion annually from this inefficiency.
Wegrow tackles this by breaking down barriers between departments and locations, helping companies save time and boost profits by centralizing the sharing of best practices. This solution has become even more relevant following Meta’s recent decision to retire Workplace.
“When teams reinvent the wheel instead of using proven solutions, companies waste both time and money,” said CEO Arnaud Sliwa. “After 15 years in corporations like Danone, Suntory, and General Mills, I saw firsthand how much value was lost. At Wegrow, our mission is to eliminate this inefficiency, which affects any company with multiple locations.”
Wegrow’s proprietary platform intelligently matches best practices with the right users, ensuring that businesses can maximize ROI. By placing human expertise and collaboration at the core, Wegrow’s AI-driven approach provides practical recommendations that address key business challenges.
Wegrow’s platform continues to attract a growing list of global clients across industries like food and beverage, technology, and pharmaceuticals, with partners including Campari, Henkel, and Suntory.
Commenting on the recent funding, Arnaud Sliwa said, “The priority is to save time, save money, and keep the process engaging. Every department has its own way of working, and our ability to adapt to those workflows while delivering relevant best practices is what sets us apart.”
Borja Breña, Partner at Nauta Capital, added, “Companies worldwide are looking to increase productivity and reduce inefficiencies. Wegrow connects teams and organizes their knowledge, creating real value. We’re excited to support them as they continue to grow.”
With an expanding client base and solid momentum, Wegrow is poised to reshape how businesses operate, enabling them to scale best practices more efficiently and drive better results.
