Twitter founder Jack Dorsey and Cathie Wood to host “The ₿ Word,” a one-day summit designed to “destigmatize” Bitcoin narratives for business leaders
Bitcoin has taken some beating since its all-time high of $64,000 in April to a little to over $33,000 today. Now a group of fintech and tech leaders has launched “The ₿ Word,” a Bitcoin-focused initiative that aims to demystify and destigmatize mainstream narratives about Bitcoin.
The initiative is designed to explain how institutions can and should embrace it, and raise awareness around areas of the network that need support. According to the information on its website, The ₿ Word will launch on July 21, 2021, offering a live experience and a library of content to the investor community, enabling a more informed discussion about the role Bitcoin can serve for institutions across the globe.
As part of its inaugural launch, The ₿ Word is hosting a one-day summit designed to “destigmatize” Bitcoin narratives for business leaders. Featured speakers include Twitter founder Jack Dorsey, founder, CEO and CIO of ARK Invest Cathie Wood, Michael Morell Senior Counselor of Beacon Global Strategies, and Former Acting and Deputy Director of the Central Intelligence Agency, and a host of other tech leaders.
The event is hosted by The Crypto Council for Innovation (CCI), a global alliance of crypto industry leaders with a mission to demonstrate the transformational promise of crypto and communicate its benefits to policymakers, regulators, and people around the globe.
Crypto fans and bitcoin investors can register for the event at TheBWord.org.
