TFLiving, a ‘Uber for amenities’ tech startup, scores $4.8M seed funding to provide fitness and amenities services to residential and commercial communities
TFLiving, a Pawleys Island, South Carolina-based tech-enabled platform providing fitness and amenities services to residential and commercial communities, has closed a $4.8 million series seed funding round led by Camber Creek with participation by Courtside Ventures and other strategic investors.
TFLiving said it will use the funding proceeds to support and scale Master Service Agreements TFLiving has inked with a number of major U.S. residential and commercial real estate owners, as well as adding to the company’s executive staff.
Founded in 2016 by Devin Wirt, TFLiving is one-stop platform that allows for a comprehensive suite of amenities on site, from fitness and wellness programs to pet care services, social events and other offerings, designed to enhance the resident and tenant experience.
Since its formal launch, TFLiving has grown from 40 properties to servicing over 107,000 apartment and condominium developments, active adult communities, office buildings, fitness facilities and other venues across the U.S. Many of TFLiving’s partnerships include real estate developers and property managers, such as Bozzuto, KETTLER, Greystar, First Service Residential, UDR Apartments and Southern Land Company.
TFLiving enables residential and commercial real estate owners and property managers to coordinate, schedule and manage a comprehensive, customizable suite of amenities – including fitness programs, resident events, dog walking and massage services – designed to add instant value and enhance their tenants’ and residents’ on-property experience. TFLiving’s mobile-first platform allows residents, tenants and independent amenity providers to directly manage amenities via their smartphone or tablet, freeing up valuable time and energy for real estate and property management employees.
“Amenities have transformed over the last-decade from a luxury to a must-have in not only apartment buildings, but across nearly every corner of real estate. Since our founding four years ago, TFLiving has seen an incredible adoption rate from owners and property managers looking to not only enhance their communities, but engage tenants and residents through a diverse menu of fitness and wellness programs, pet care offerings and communal event services that are adaptable to any budget,” said TFLiving Founder & CEO Devin Wirt. “With the backing of Camber Creek and other investors, we are now in prime position to elevate our platform and help build communities in residential and commercial buildings across the country.”
“Having followed TFLiving since 2017, we continue to be impressed with the vision and execution from Devin and his team as they expand through the portfolios of many of the most prominent multifamily residential and commercial property owners & managers in the United States,” said Jeff Berman, Partner at Camber Creek.
